Talk about a shock to the system! Today it is 450 degrees here - and drizzling. Yesterday it was about 80-85 - and bright sunshine - at this time of the day. Makes sleeping at night a lot better. Guess the days of driving the summer cars are coming to an end. Have a good one.

Sorry you got the rain today, we could have used it here in NJ where we have had less than 3/4 inch of rain since the middle of July. We were hoping for some rain from Earl, but got none. Cooled down for the last few days, but temps are going up again. Sorry that your car show got rained out. Take care.

What a rotten day here. It was th last car show of the year, and it rained all day. We went, with both Mustangs, and dried them off four time times. The only reason we went, out oldest son is the chief chef where it was held. What a place he works at! A CAW 'holiday resort' centre. He and his wife can spend at least 2 weeks there every summer with no charge - free baby sitting for the girls. Must be nice. Have a good week.

The past two weeks here have been horrible. High heat and humidity. In the upper 90's. The weather finally broke overnight Thursday. Today, it is about 50 outside and overcast. I know that this is a precurser to fall and winter, but it is a relief not to be cooped up in the house. Have a good day.
